G'DAY Happy Australia Day 2017 Having two Aussie Kids born & breed in Australia i feel so much Gratitude for this County and what it Represents for our Family. Its Birthday Season at our House again! Its rolled around so quick & we will soon have a 5 & 7 year old!!!! That means firstly i have Children! Slow Cooker Pavlova
Here is the perfect easy Pavlova Recipe done in your Slow Cooker !! Yup thats right in your SL !!! Ingredients: 6 eggs, separated 1 1/4 cups caster sugar 2 tsp cornflour 1 tsp white vinegar 1 tsp vanilla essence Made in a 3.5 litre Slow Cooker Whisk egg whites in a clean, dry bowl until soft peaks form. (I always use a stainless steel bowl) Gradually add sugar, 1tsbs at a time mixing well after each addition. Mix until meringue is thick and glossy and until all sugar is dissolved (To check its all mixed rub a bit between your fingers and if its smooth with no gritty feeling then its done) Add cornflour, vinegar and vanilla and whisk until just combined Pour into slow cooker bowl lined with baking paper (Trimmed to fit) Put tea towel under the lid Cook on low for 1.5 hours or just keep an eye on it until done.
